Joyce Morrison - Executive Director

I am proud to be a Texas native, born and raised in the small town of Ponder, TX, where I enjoyed the close-knit connection of family and community. After graduating from Ponder High School, I earned my BBA with a minor in Fashion Merchandising from the University of North Texas in Denton. During college, I relocated to Dallas, which has been my home for the past 16 years. In March 2017, I married my husband in the beautiful Maldives, and together we have built a dynamic career in the medical device industry. Over the past 15 years, we have launched our own medical consulting company, cadaver lab, wellness spa and developed a growing real estate portfolio. From the age of three, I competed in pageants, which instilled in me confidence, poise, and a strong sense of purpose. Pageantry has given me a platform to uplift others and make a positive impact. I am honored to serve as the Texas and Louisiana Director for the International system, an organization that has been part of my life since 2010. In 2019, I was crowned Mrs. Texas International and had the privilege of competing on the International stage, where I placed 3rd Runner-Up and received the Evening Gown award. This experience further fueled my passion for mentoring and guiding women in their pageant journeys. As a director, my goal is to empower young and married women to pursue their dreams through a system rooted in integrity and ethics. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue making a difference and helping others shine both on and off the stage.

Melony Trementozzi - Assistant Director

I’m Melony Trementozzi— a proud mom of two boys, wife and former Mrs. Texas International 2023. My journey with the International Pageant System has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As Assistant Director for the Texas & Louisiana International Pageant Systems, I’m passionate about mentoring contestants and helping them feel supported, confident, and empowered to discover their unique strengths. The sisterhood and friendships I’ve built through this organization are a true blessing, and I’m constantly inspired by the amazing women I meet. I’m also deeply committed to advocacy. Through my platform, un(SCRIPT), I raise awareness about human trafficking and online safety—issues that impact so many and deserve attention. Balancing advocacy, family life, and a busy career in tech & real estate keeps me grounded and fulfilled. Each role is an opportunity to connect with others, create positive change, and grow personally and professionally. Outside of family and work, I love running, traveling, cooking and volunteering. Whether it’s through pageantry, community outreach, or professional development, I’m here to foster spaces where people can thrive and make a difference. Being part of the International Pageant System is truly an honor, and I’m excited to continue this journey with others.

Alyssa Harrington - Choreographer

I am a professional performing freelance artist, dancer, instructor, educator, judge, rehearsal director, dance adjudicator, audition facilitator, Bar Method instructor, and a very bubbly person! I am known for my unique performances, choreography, inspiration, organic performances, attention to detail, positive teaching approach, uplifting spirit, and contributions to the performing arts around the world.

I tend to draw the audience in with me. If I am going to share, it will be from within. As I state to my students… You have to dance 150% full out for the audience to be involved at a 50% capacity. You have to be so authentic that the audience has no other choice but to relate, pause, and be vulnerable enough to “feel what they need to feel” in that moment.

I am most proud of the impact I have had on my students; this is a recent discovery. The feedback from each student and visually seeing their growth in silence has been one of my greatest achievements. It takes a lot to speak about yourself and be proud of yourself. To hear or see their growth from an authentic and honest place has created the feeling of fulfillment within me.

I stand by being unique and applying many approaches when I take the stage. Simplicity, focus, drive, positivity, realistic views, length, width, vulnerability, and being a good person on and off the stage make the entire package come to light. I love the fact that I have always been different. Something is very eye-catching about my performance style. I feel that if I figured out what that exact detail was or is, I would lose sight of that special innate component that comes to the surface for others. I don’t focus on what makes me different from other people. I try to see how I can impact their life differently leaving them feeling fulfilled.
